St. Charles Welcomes Fr. Anselmus Mawusi
Fr. Anselmus Mawusi, from the country of Ghana, has been assigned to the Parish by our Bishop. Father Mawusi has two Masters degrees, one in Biblical Studies, and the second one in Spirituality and Spiritual Direction from Fordham University in 2006. Father has served as Spiritual Director at St Paul’s Seminary in Accra, Ghana. His assignment before coming to us was Youth Director and Vocation for his Diocese. He also served at St. Therese of Lisieux in Brooklyn as well as St Helen’s in Queens. Please welcome Fr. Anselmus to our Parish!
Farewell to Fr. Joe this Sunday
On Sunday, November 13th at 11:15 am, Fr. Joseph Hugo will celebrate his last Mass at St. Charles Borromeo, thus providing an opportunity for us to thank him for his years of service to St. Charles Borromeo and Assumption Parishes. Please plan to be with us. Light refreshments will be served after the Mass.
