As you are aware, the Diocese of Brooklyn over the last two years has been in the process of self-study to reconfigure its resources. This has included studying the pastoral and financial viability of all of its 192 parishes. We are happy to report that thanks to your prayers, hard work, and support, no reconfiguration of the parish is needed and that St. Charles will continue to serve the Brooklyn Heights community into the future. Bishop DiMarzio has asked us to provide a strategic multi-year plan to continue to have balanced budgets and to attend to the deferred maintenance that the parish buildings require. Please see the attached letter from our Bishop by clicking on the link below.
Your Feedback on Living the Eucharist
Our parish received a request to provide feedback on our experience of Living the Eucharist, our Lenten reflection program. Paulist Evangelization Ministries, the developers of Living the Eucharist, asks that you take a few moments to share your experience through a quick online survey.

Your feedback is vital for understanding your experience of Living the Eucharist and for improving the materials. The surveys are anonymous; no personal information is required.
Call For Eucharistic Ministers & Lectors
Please consider serving the Parish as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion or Lector by attending a workshop offered at Bishop Ford High School (500 19th Street, Brooklyn) on Saturday, April 28. Contact the rectory for information on registration and the requirements for these ministries.
