Fr. Joseph Gaspar Hugo is Parochial Vicar to St. Charles Borromeo. Father comes to us from St. Patrick Church in Bay Ridge, and before that was at Immaculate Conception Parish in Long Island City. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Theology at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. While in his Diocese in the Philippines, he served as the Diocesan Youth Director. Father came to the United States in 2004.
